After
having purchased an Edgewater commercial office building in 2000, J.R.
Graves and his crew proceeded to convert a gut job into amazingly
workable and beautiful space. His vision and experience allowed us to
bypass using an architect, plus J.R. came in on time and on budget! His
work and ethic is such that, when redoing our home kitchen in Lakewood
Balmoral in 2007, we wouldn’t even consider anyone else. All to
say, there’s NO ONE better when it comes to residential or commercial
remodeling!
R.H., Chicago (gut and remodel commercial space)
Not
only did the project get finished in time, but we ended up coming in
under budget. We absolutely could not have done this project without
JR’s leadership and partnership. He proved a talented, committed
partner who was very pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend
his company to anyone considering a home or business remodeling project.
J.A., Morton Grove
(whole house rehab on a tight schedule)
Not
only is his work impeccable, but he is a terrific problem solver and
made suggestions that would help the process go more smoothly and in
some instances reduce the cost. We have recommended J.R. to other
friends and they too, were pleased with his work. He’s wonderful to
work with and a true professional.
P. C. & A. D.,
Chicago, (cultural center rehab)
Throughout the
four month project, the workers maintained a high level of
professionalism and respect for us and our home. The quality is
impeccable. Through their talent and efficiency, the team turned our
dream into a breathtaking reality.
D. & E.,
Wilmette (1926 colonial-style home rehab project)
JR took the space
from a dirt floor through completion and we moved in right on schedule.
Not only is JR’s work top notch, but he advises his clients of the best
ways (finish, financial, timeliness) to approach a job. We have
recommended JR to several clients and friends, and will continue to do
so.
L & S, Chicago
(1920s autobody shop transformed into real estate office)
So many people
have remarked positively about the work and appearance. We are very
satisfied!
